These conditions govern bookings of our furnished holiday lets made directly. Any booking implies their acceptance.
Booking & payment
Booking is done online, on the page of the chosen apartment. Payment is taken at the time of booking, securely via Stripe. The booking is confirmed by email once the payment has been validated.
Prices & tourist tax
Prices are shown in euros, all charges included (VAT not applicable, art. 293 B du CGI). The tourist tax, collected on behalf of the local authority, is added to the cost of the stay where applicable.
Arrival & departure
- Arrival (check-in): from 15 h. Check-in is self-service (instructions provided before the stay).
- Departure (check-out): by 11 h at the latest.
Cancellation & refund
- Full refund in the event of cancellation up to the day before the arrival date.
- No refund on the day of arrival or after, nor in the event of no-show.
In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided on a specified date: the cancellation policy above applies.
Capacity & use of the premises
Each apartment accommodates 2 guests. The accommodation is non-smoking. The guest undertakes to respect the premises, the neighbours and the peace and quiet of the building; parties and events are not permitted. Any damage noted may give rise to a charge.
Liability
We cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure or an event beyond our control preventing the stay from taking place. In such a case, the sums paid are refunded.

Any complaint may be sent to location-nancy@outlook.fr. We undertake to respond as soon as possible.
Governing law
These conditions are subject to French law.
